"Could've been a perfect 5 stars if not for a couple issues..."
I would’ve given it 5 stars since I’ve purchased from him in the past and he usually sends the original Apple box, but that didn’t happen this time. I also paid for a specific case, but he sent me a less expensive one instead. I’ve reached out about this, but haven’t heard back. Other than that, he’s a reliable seller based on my previous experiences.

Having a straightforward guide would really help buyers get acquainted with their new gear. For instance, I've been using an iMac for 18 years, and this was a step up for me. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how to scroll the screen like I used to. Eventually, I discovered that just gliding my finger over the top of the mouse did the trick! There were several other differences I noticed as well.

"Missing iMac in Transit"
Back in 2018, I sold an iMac through Mresell, and it actually made it to the right place. But now, neither the delivery service nor Mresell is owning up to the issue. I've been passed around between different companies, and honestly, I'm getting really tired of it. It's been over two years of this complaint, and Mresell keeps saying they've revamped their system. I've got all the proof of the sale, but nobody seems to care. As a key worker, I can't just throw money around to buy a replacement for the one that went missing.

"The iMac blew me away"
The iMac really blew me away! I haven't had any problems with it, so I can't speak to what the support or warranty is like if something goes wrong. I've seen some other reviews mentioning that you can't reach them by phone and that they don't reply to messages fast... Fingers crossed I won't have to find out!

Sanna from customer support helped me get a refund for the import duty I had to cough up to DHL when it arrived. The money's on its way back to my account, just gotta wait a few days. The phone I bought is in excellent condition, and we’re really happy with it. Big thanks to Sanna, and I’ll definitely spread the word about you. Fingers crossed that the Brexit changes in the U.K. don’t hit your business too hard. Tough times ahead.

"My January Order and the New Rules..."
I placed my order back in January, and then the rules shifted. The team at mResell was amazing, responding to my questions and helping track down my package and its whereabouts. They went above and beyond what the courier service would offer. I really can’t say enough good things about them. A top-notch company to work with!

"Avoid mResell If You're in the UK (Not Their Fault!)"
The iPad itself is decent, and mResell was alright, but honestly, I just can't figure out how they plan to keep running in the UK with the mess that is Brexit. I ended up shelling out an extra £65 in customs fees, which is almost a fifth of what the iPad cost me. This made the overall price way too steep for what I got.
A slow clap for the 52%, now we gotta fork out more for stuff that ain't from the UK. Kudos!
